The guys that installed my countertops were amazing. Very careful about keeping distance due to corona. Their quality of work was suburb. Finished quality of installation of our countertops was very professional. They took the time to chat with us to confirm any of our concerns we had. Jade Stone Ltd. recently installed my new quartz countertops. Perfectly measured, installed and an excellent seam. The crew of 2, Steven and Patrick were skilled and worked efficiently to get the job done. As for Jade Stone the company, the supplier Ceasarstone was experiencing problems in sourcing the stone, Jade Stone kept me informed by cc'ing all email communications which I appreciated. My countertops are in and beautiful and I would definitely recommend and use Jade Stone in the future.LLO

Bought my counters at Ikea, and Jadestone was their installer. Just over a year later a big crack appeared on my large island. Ikea sent me to the manufacturer, Hanstone,, who blew me off since it was just past warranty. Jadestone was aware that a lot of customers were having trouble with he Hanstone product, and did a great job applying leverage to Hanstone, and got me a replacement under warranty. There was a lot of back and forth to get the installation done right - otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Gemma and Jadestone. Installers were great and did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

As the owner of A Laptop shoppe I renovated my home with new counter tops in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The granite was beautiful the install was perfect ,I recommended my friend to this company and he was also happy .

We dealt with Jade Stone for renovations to our Studio/Art Gallery and couldn’t have been happier. Kelly, with their sales team was very professional and responded promptly to all emails. Chris’ measurements for the granite installation were precise and he and Richard did an outstanding job with the installation. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely careful. We could not have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Not sure if there has been changes made since the other reviews.. but we had a splendid experience with Jade Stone Calgary. They're very quick and didn't "send us home" with something subpar. I'll be recommending to my friends and family, and keeping them in mind for future renovations

Great crew (Vince and assistant) that did the install.Ikea struggled with the initial measurements and forgot one piece of countertop! But all in all a satisfying experience. Thank you Jade.

I ordered countertops through IKEA. Jadestone was fast and efficient, Jessica the coordinator was friendly and responded to all my questions quickly. The turnaround was really fast and the product is perfect! The cutouts are absolutely dead on accurate, and the size is within the thickness of a cigarette rolling paper where the countertop butts against the walls and cabinets...literally couldn’t fit any better. The installers were on time, friendly, neat, and very effective. The whole process from order to final cleaning went without a hitch. Would recommend to anyone! And really I don’t think the 3/4” quartz costs that much more than laminate, so what are you waiting for??

Had a chip in my quartz counter. Called jadestone and they had a guy come colour match and fill the chip that day. Can’t even find where the chip was great service.

Had a great experience with Jade Stone. Finished product looks great....can hardly even tell there is a seam. Josh and Noah were fantastic installers. Polite, Professional, Skilled, Efficient and very respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them.
